Facebook Pixel is a code snippet that you can add to your website to track your visitors and their behavior.
When you add the Facebook Pixel code to your site, you’re providing Facebook with information about your site’s traffic and how users interact with it. You can also set up conversion goals and measure the success of your campaigns.
Facebook Pixel is free and integrates with Calendly seamlessly by following these steps.
Prerequisites
Before you get started, make sure you have the following;
- Calendly account with administrator rights.
- Meta Business account.
- A personalized Facebook Pixel account.
How to connect Facebook Pixel to Calendly
- Log in to your Calendly account. If you haven’t created one, check our guide to using Calendly.
- Launch Calendly and select Integrations.
- Scroll down and select Facebook Pixel.
- Next, click Go to setup. Calendly will request you to enter your Facebook Pixels ID.
- To find your Facebook Pixel ID go to Facebook Ads Manager. Select Data sources.
- From the new window, Facebook will display your Pixels. Select the Pixel you would like to link with Calendly and copy the ID in the left panel. If you don’t have one yet, select Continue Pixel Setup.

- Now the Facebook integration will appear as connected.
How Facebook Pixel works with Calendly
After successful integration, your events will appear on the Facebook Events Manager page.

Integrating Calendly with Facebook Pixel helps you track the following:
- The number of Facebook ad campaign conversions for events booked via Calendly.
- Calendly event type outbound clicks.
- Calendly page visitors.
- The date and time of meetings are booked.
- Activities your audience takes on the Calendly booking page include content views, payments, etc.
- Track visitors who come from your Facebook page to your Calendly booking pages.
How to disconnect Facebook Pixel from Calendly
- Launch Calendly and select Integrations.
- Scroll down and select Facebook Pixel.
- Next, select Manage Integrations.
- Click Disconnect next to your Facebook pixel ID.
- A “Remove Tracking ID?” pop-up will appear requesting your permission to disconnect from Calendly. Select Disconnect.
Select Disconnect to confirm disconnecting Facebook from Calendly. - Now Facebook Pixels will be disconnected from your Calendly account.
