How to Use Emojis in Windows 11

Add emojis using the touch keyboard

The Touch Keyboard in Windows 11 also includes an emoji keyboard. To use it, you must first enable the Touch Keyboard.

  1. Right-click the taskbar and select Taskbar settings.

  2. In the Taskbar settings window, scroll down and switch on the toggle next to the Touch keyboard section.

  5. This will display the most recently used emojis. If you want to use a different emoji, click the smiley face button. This will open the emoji keyboard, where you can select from a wide range of emojis.
