If you’re tired of seeing too many apps cluttering your home screen, you can group them together by making folders on your iPhone.
Creating folders on the iPhone is a simple drag-and-drop process and doesn’t require too many steps. Let’s see how it’s done. The steps in this article were taken on iOS 15.3.1.
How to Make Folders on the iPhone
Tap and hold any app on the home screen.
Drag the app onto another app, and it will automatically group the two apps into a folder. Your iPhone will automatically write a name for the folder based on the type of apps it contains.
To rename the folder, tap and hold anywhere on the screen until the apps start to jiggle.
Tap the name of the folder and start typing.
